AJR PDR & Goodfellas Detailing is owner-operated by Austin Rohl and Ben McDermott in River Falls, Wisconsin. Same hands, same standards: paintless dent repair, premium detailing, tint, correction, and protection work under one roof.
Built by word of mouth.
Ben started Goodfellas in 2015 to serve St. Croix Valley auto dealerships. From there, the work grew the old-fashioned way: clean results, repeat clients, and happy customers sharing their experience. Goodfellas has now served more than 9,000 vehicles.
Austin was always drawn to detailing. At 16, he apprenticed under Ben, learning the standards, pace, and patience behind professional finish work. With Ben's encouragement, Austin went on to train at one of the top PDR schools in the country, then founded AJR PDR in 2024 to bring a more detailed, quality-first approach to paintless dent repair.
Most PDR shops are built around volume. Austin's focus is different: every repair gets the time, lighting, and care it needs, with no shortcuts taken. Today we work out of Units 414-416 at 663 Valerie Ave — a controlled-light shop built for paint correction, ceramic coating, and tight PDR work.

Every job starts with a real look — photos first, then in person when needed. We choose the lightest path that delivers the right result and preserves the finish whenever possible.
If another route is better for the vehicle, we'll say so. The goal is simple: clear guidance, careful work, and a result you feel good handing the keys back to.
River Falls and the St. Croix Valley.
We work primarily out of River Falls. Customers regularly drive in from Hudson, Prescott, Somerset, New Richmond, and across the river from Stillwater and the Twin Cities east metro.
Dealership partners include Luther Hudson Chevrolet GMC, Hudson Chrysler, and Somerset Auto Sales — pre-sale prep, lot freshening, and customer-handoff details.
No bondo. No repaints. No upsell.
We don't do collision repair or paint work. If your fender needs a respray, we'll point you to a body shop we trust and pick up the detail or correction afterwards.
We don't push five-year ceramic on a six-year-old daily driver that's heading to a kid in college. The right answer is usually the smallest one.
